This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit tradesaige.com or contact us.
1. Who we are
The data controller is Trades AIge EOOD (Трейдс ЕйАйджи ЕООД), UIC 208895364, registered at Simeonovsko Shose 24, floor 3, apt. 14, Lozenets, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria. We trade as Trades AIge. Email for questions and requests: tradesaige@gmail.com.

4. Who we share data with
We don't sell personal data. We use these providers, which process data so the site works and we can answer enquiries:
- Cloudflare: hosting, site protection and delivery of technical files.
- Formspree: receiving and forwarding contact form messages.
- Google: email (Gmail) and, with your consent, Google Analytics.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the US. In those cases we rely on GDPR mechanisms such as European Commission adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, where applicable.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing already carried out. To use your rights, email tradesaige@gmail.com.

7. Other terms
Giving data through the form is voluntary, but we can't reply without it. We don't make decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal effects on you. The site isn't intended for children. We may update this policy and will publish the new version on this page.
